Yes, that is true but why not sue? Why not do so much and not only waste money but pump the economy? She sues, she wins, her lawyer gets paid and then the company has to raise prices cause they lost the lawsuit!

Speaking of double standards. Isn't it kinda funny that they can have the 'race' of your choice groups or frats/sorinities. But yet if there is a white one, you get called out for being a racist? Isn't quite sad but very funny? It recently happened at the college I am attending to. It's quite funny, the dean told them they had to break it up/not meet anymore.
