Surge protector not grounded?
Because I moved the computer from the den into a bedroom, but the surge protector says that the outlet I plugged it in isn't grounded. All the non-bedroom outlets are grounded, but the ones in the bedrooms aren't. Will this affect the surge protector's performance, or will I not even be protected at all? What can I do about it, short of moving it back to the rooms that have grounded outlets. I don't understand why these outlets with the three prongs wouldn't already be grounded.
