Nice plug-in, Grawl. I've never messed around with Winamp except for using different skins (still using 2.xx version, since I hate those flashy, bloaty v3 or v5 or whatever version of Winamp they're on now). There's so many plug-ins I'm not sure where to look or browse (searching for 'Tempo' or 'Pitch' don't give me any results), but is this the only Tempo/Pitch changer plug-in? It only goes to a certain % min/max; I was wondering if you knew of another program that would make it go even faster. It's refreshing to hear these old songs in a new way. Very cool.

Also do you know how to make those changes permanent, or at least export the song with the new tempo/pitch to a .wav or .mp3 file? The way I've been ripping sound off things playing sound on my computer (from Winamp, from streaming website page, etc) is to set my recording input as Wave Out and then use Sound Forge or Windows Sound Recorder program to capture the music and then save it as a .wav file. Is there an easier way to get lossless recordings or exports? And is the way I'm doing it lossless in quality? After I save the .wav to my hard drive I use EAC (like the guide in Behind The Music forums) to compress it to whatever format I want.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
