I fucking laughed when I saw the front page of the Daily Mirror the other day. Underneath a picture of a car on fire: 'BRITAIN UNDER ATTACK'.
Inside, the editorial line had something like: if the police and authorities are given the power and freedom to act they can stop the terrorists. I.e. id cards and government databases are ok, keep voting Labour. Then the column finished off with Together We Can Beat This in bold letters. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
