Computer Crashing
I'm keep getting this error message prolly once a week for some reason. Can anyone help figure out what is causing it?
 For those who can't read it, it says... A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. How do I know which driver/hardware?

I use my laptop for mostly internet and IMing. Maybe a few multimedia things here or there, but mostly just net. All times it has happened I've just been IMing and here it comes up.
I've researched it too. Most incidents were with people playing games and they have to disable something to play it otherwise there computer gets the bsod. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
