I'm pretty sure that your print heads are clogged. I'm not sure if the manual will tell you how to clean them, but if they don't just google for instructions. With ink jet printers, you must print regularly to prevent ink from clogging the heads. Also, ink can dry up quite quickly under the right circumstances.
I used to work at Staples and I've seen this a lot. Also, if it's less than a year old, it is still under warranty. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
