European USB ports

This might seem like a silly question. Will USB devices here in North America work the same if they're used on computers in Europe? I was just wondering because I know they use 220V over there. I didn't know if that would affect anything or not.

I'm going to Italy and I may want to transfer some pictures from my digital camera to the computer to email or transfer then to some USB drives.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
