A generic question... Is there a custom firmware (maybe a Dark_Alex custom firmware) that will let me run videos at the full 480x272 from the memory stick?
Also, my current firmware 3.11. How ya doing, buddy? |
I can't seem to get videos at 480x272 to play back. I did a test using 3GP Converter to recode a Lucky Star episode down to both 480x272 and 368x208. Only the 368x208 video would play and I used the same settings for conversion.
Should I update my firmware? And does any firmware version support h.264 video? There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Thanks a bunch, guys!
![]() I guess I lied. Some more questions. :s Is it possible to simply upgrade to 3.40OE from 3.11? A few forums have very conflicting answers. Also, what are these "Sony updaters" referenced in the firmware's readme file? Could I maybe get a link to the files: 150.PBP and 340.PBP? This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
