Stopping the Windows Firewall service isn't a good idea as it's required for other network services to function properly. Set it back to "Automatic".
What firewall is she running? Are you connected to a router? If so, are her ports forwarded properly? Also, are you getting internet from a college or university? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
