You tried to delete Internet Explorer?!?!
Holy fucking hell.
You realize that if you spent 5 seconds answering one of many questions that multiple people have asked you in this thread, you wouldn't be doing things like trying to delete Internet Explorer. Windows cannot run without it.

Actually you can. It's
Windows Explorer you can't get rid of. However, the only file in the Internet Explorer directory you're required to keep is MSCORIER.DLL (That's the core of both IE and WinExplorer. Many things in XP will fail to work or show up without that file)
