I've got the Logitech G5. This is an EXCELLENT mouse. After going through 2 wireless mice before this, I won't ever go back. Wireless mice are downright terrible for gaming. On the other hand, I use a wireless keyboard an it's 100% the same as a wired one. Go figure.
The G5 took a little getting used to since it was a lot larger than my previous mice. The feet on the bottom, coupled with a fairly slick mousepad is ideal because it is a little heavier than the MX518. Tracking is butter smooth and runs at 500MHz rather than wireless and it's cruddy 125MHz.
The two things that have me screaming for a redesign on this mouse is the lack of a browser 'forward' button and the loose scroll wheel. However, I've learned to cope by using the keyboard for such buttons, especially for Counter-Strike.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
