I worked at Staples, and they had a heat sealing machine. Not sure if your Staples stores might have them, but I guess it's worth a shot.

I have the same card in ATI brand and was thinking of selling for $200. Just hope some poor schmuck buys it from you, but don't be a lying dunce and sell it as brand new.
