That board is also really low-end. I'm not sure what kind of budget you had planned, but there are a lack of features that really put me off.
The lack of support for RAM faster than 533MHz means that you will never upgrade the CPU in the future. Also a maximum supported RAM voltage of 1.8V ensures your lack of upgradability as new RAM requires 1.9 or higher. I'm also not a fan of the VIA chipset used on that board. Either Intel's P965 or 975X (better) are the way to go.
