Could you post your motherboard make and model?
What brand of RAM are you using?

I believe that there are quite a few motherboards that can't really handle using 4 RAM sticks at the same time. Sure they support it, but it's not stable.

Other options are: your RAM is bad, or your RAM is running too fast for the amount of sticks your have.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I would trust that the board is fine due to using a very stable Intel chipset. I would suspect the power supply or the RAM as well. Was your power supply dirt cheap, by chance? This might be review for you, but a cheap/no-name is generally a pretty bad idea and can honestly lead to a problem like this.

Easiest possible solution is to test that RAM with MemTest like others have said.
