I would trust that the board is fine due to using a very stable Intel chipset. I would suspect the power supply or the RAM as well. Was your power supply dirt cheap, by chance? This might be review for you, but a cheap/no-name is generally a pretty bad idea and can honestly lead to a problem like this.
Easiest possible solution is to test that RAM with MemTest like others have said.
