By the looks of things, the X700 is about as powerful as my GeForce 5900XT. It's not really powerful, and of course, isn't as powerful as a 6600GT. But, considering Source games are optimized for ATI's Radeons, it should do fine. I get an average of 60fps with 5900, so you should be slightly better.
I'm guessing that x700 was cheap? It really wasn't a great upgrade. Most amazing jew boots |
