I
REALLY should be exercising more. I'm a Type I diabetic (like Blue) and, as she said, it helps to be fit to reduce the intake of insulin. Exercise is like one of the three pieces of the diabetic Triforce

along with diet and insulin.
I literally do absolutely no physical activity everyday. Computer 24/7. Luckily, my body hasn't grown out of 'kid mode' yet and my metabolism is just nuts. I eat about 5 times a day and, for example, I eat about the equivalent of 3 - 4 cups of Raisin Bran at each meal. I eat pretty damn healthy, thanks to my mom.
I'm about 5'11" and 145lbs. I look quite skinny, and due to the lack of exercise, I'm pretty weak although I do have kind of bulgy arms. I notice I'm starting to gain a little weight here and there, but nothing compared to the amount I should dictated by how much I eat. :/ I'm trying to change my life around, and working out may find a way into my routine.I eat tons of protein and carbs all the time, and I hear that's like a bodybuilder's diet.
I wonder if my body will just go all-out 'Hulk' if I started lifting. ?
