The only thing I heard for sure is that the fillers will end this spring. That could mean this month or all the way into June. It will most probably end April-May though. Check Wikipedia's list of Naruto Episodes to see a name indicative of Kakashi Gaiden beginning, that'll be a sign.

There's 5 weeks of filler left then it's back to decent plot lines and less meaningless chartacer involvement.

I think that the worst set of animation is during the chuunin exams when Sasuke shows up. Did you see his bangs? They were like giant paddles on the side of his face! And don't even get me started on what they did to poor Gaara.

while I have to agree for the most part, her new move is pretty awesome and I'm glad we got to see it, even if it was surrounded by crappy and meaningless episodes.

Actually, the most recent filler plot line isn't too bad. I think it started about 187? Somewhere around there, but it looks promising as well as having the GOOD animators back in action.
