Absolutely loved this book and was a brilliant end to the series in my mind. I loved it all. I especially enjoyed what she did with Neville in this one.

As for Harry's anger and angst
Spoiler:
I think that was explained by the fact he had part of Voldermort's soul within him this whole time. I was no huge fan of the times he acted like an arse, but this at least explains why that side of him sometimes took hold despite, perhaps, his better judgement. There's nice nods to that fact in things like the Sorting Hat saying he could belong on Slytherin.

Crash: I'm with you on the epilogue being too short, I wanted to know more, and yeah, what was Luna doing these days (I sort of hope she's running The Quibbler now and it's gained something more of a mainstream following). That said, I don't think the epilogue was bad, it was a lovely little end to it all.

Top notch stuff.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

These type of "having kids" ending drive me nuts, since its overused and doesn't tell much about the characters we actually give a damn about.
Actually, for me, the epilogue and the kids aspect, I found that was very telling of the people Harry and co had become. There was a lot more to that little scene that merely "they had kids".

There's nowhere I can't reach.

(Plus, I'm still curious about what Dudley saw when he was attacked by the Dementor... )
He saw nothing. Dementors aren't visible to muggles.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

A thought just came to me about Harry and why the dementors affected he more than other people (based on a revelation from book 7):
Spoiler:
Harry had part of Voldermort's soul inside of him so effectively he had two souls (or one and a bit if you like). Since the dementors feed off souls it would explain why Harry was always affected more. And, since it was Voldermort's soul it explains why he got such a strong vision of the time when his parents were killed; after all that time was the worst moment in both people's lives - Harry lost his parents and Voldermort lost his power.

Just a thought I wanted to put out there.

Spoiler:
The Changeling Hypothesis was right on that point - impressive when the original hypothesis was envisioned before we know about horcruxes...
Thanks for the link. I don't usually read things like that, but glad to see I'm not the only one to have had that thought, even if I'm somewhat late to the party.

On another note, I just read this comment from someone and to my mind makes a lot of sense (and also explains the importance of the Deathly Hallows):
Spoiler:
As far as his choice in King's Cross goes, it may mean Harry had become the Master of Death. After all, He had the ring, the cloak, and had been the master of the wand since he overpowered Draco. He hadn't died, yet had the choice of returning to fight or moving "on".

I was speaking idiomatically.
