eating right before you go to sleep is bad for you. you guys really shouldn't do it.

And of course, you couldn't be more wrong. Sleep is recovery time, and you're asking for trouble if you don't give your body ample nutrients. You need slowly digested healthy fats and protein. Like I said, cottage cheese and peanut butter are incredible.

I'm not much of a midnight snacker. I make it a point not to eat during the span of 3 hours before going to bed.
