By the time the bill is up for a vote again the general public be overwhelmingly in favor of the bailout.

Public support for the bailout was already in overwhelming favor of a bailout to begin with. (78% in favor of a bailout of some sort.)

Anyone who thought there was less of a chance of revolution in this country may not want to lose all hope yet.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
