I'm guessing Mark Cuban has nothing better to do now that the Penguins have resolved their ownership and stadium situation. I mean, aside from getting the Mavericks an NBA title this decade.

I don't think there's that much demand for football in this country, and, even then, the demand should probably be met by the Arena Football League (and AF2) in the NFL's offseason. Then there's NCAA football. The only thing this upcoming league could hope to be is a state-side developmental league for the NFL, which the NFL doesn't need (see AFL, CFL, and that goes without mentioning NFL Europa).
