I have the worst internet in the world. I live in Ventura, Ca in a pretty nice neighborhood but not a newly built one.
 SBC SUCKS. I don't know what to do. The max download is really capped at 80Kb/sec and 40kb/sec upload. How ya doing, buddy? |
