Battle Toads, any of them. I haven't played them in forever but no matter how many times I tried I could never get past the speedbike stages.
Several of my friends that played Star Ocean 2 and accidently turned off the boss's limiter and refuse to start over would say that. Jam it back in, in the dark.  "Out thought and out fought." |

As for Maximum Carnage... that game is just cruel. You think you've beaten the game, the credits start to roll and Carnage pops out for one last fight! There's nowhere I can't reach. "Out thought and out fought." |
