Core systems support wireless controllers just fine. What you are paying for the premium is the hard drive (retail of 99.99) and some free packins like component high def cables, media remote, headset and wireless controller.
If you are planning on hooking up the 360 to a high def tv, you might as well get Premium. Buying those cables on the side, a wireless controller, and a HD down the line just adds up. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Microsoft shot itself in the foot (maybe?) by releasing the core and premium editions.
The XB360 would of sucked for me were it not for Live and the marketplace. I just hope that developers didn't tone down their games or developed their stuff for the lowest common denominator. The 5% of people with a Core system. :/ Here's hoping that MS just releases versions with HD going forward and forget the cores ever existed. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
