So can someone explain to me what exactly is so fun about the battle system? How does it work? From what I've seen, it's real-time ala Kingdom Hearts, no?
Good to see many GFI'ers are positive. I was a tad skeptical about it all since it looked like another promising FF7 venture gone awry, and Japanese reviews (Famitsu really) weren't as red-hot as I thought they would be. It's a shame that I now have to wait until next year until the localisation is complete  Oh well, still got Zelda to keep me company at least  Jam it back in, in the dark. |

So the battle system is like Kingdom Hearts/Chains of Memories then? Sounds sweet.
Yeah, I know realise that Famitsu gave CC a 9,9,8,9; but seeing as it's Famitsu + Final Fantasy + number 7 of all numbers ie. mega-hype, 35/40 just didn't seem to hot. Look at Vagrant Story and Nintendogs for example lol! It seems like fanboys are raving about the CGs, but honestly, they struck me as meh. I've seen Advent Children - that was already enough for me. How ya doing, buddy? |
