2 years ago, when I was super Health & Nutrition man, I ate a clean 6-8 meals daily. Last year I cut it down to 4-5 because of work commitments. This year it's a solid 4 most times, but on occasion 2-3 has had to be it due to late wakeups (freezing weather, you can understand).
Needless to say, my teeth thank me very much. Most amazing jew boots |
