You obviously have no grasp of the english language (or Internet Pet Peeves)

One of my long-lasting internet pet peeves is a person pointing out poor grammer of a previous poster as a counter argument. Obviously if the topic is not about grammer or the english language (or any language for that matter).

Now, I don't post willy-nilly all over the internet with my own lack of competance and understanding of every niche of the english language making me the target of these e-insults so this isn't a personal thing.

Responding to an argument by saying that the topic creator has no grasp of the english language almost defeats the purpose. You are more or less proving you have no ground or understanding of the topic at hand making you look like the idiot.

The exception of course is when the topic creator or target grammer terrorist really does have extremely and almost unreadable english writing skills.

I'm not one to talk of grammer and spelling of course, this is just something that really bothers me.
