YES!! Someone besides me actually thought of Star Fox!

As for the Assault track, which from that level do you speak of? The first one also plays at the Orbital Gate mission, so I just labeled that one 'Incoming' and the second one 'A New Enemy'. Both are awesome.

NES:
Duck Tales - The Moon (EDIT: I'm amazed nobody else put this one up yet.)

SNES:
Star Fox - End Credits (Main Theme)
Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past - Triforce Chamber

GC:
Metroid Prime - Vs. Metroid Prime (Head)
Metroid Prime 2 - Multiplayer - Hunters

Others I'd like to see, others have already beat me to.
