Protip: Transformers, He-Man, and Thundercats don't count as quality cartoons.
The '90s were better off in the cartoon department, what with stuff like Exosquad, Batman and other Timm cartoons, Beast Wars, Gargoyles, Dexter's Laboratory, and Rocko's Modern Life. The '80s don't really compare.
