i always give a dollar or two every sunday mass
back in high school, i used to give money to the usual bums hanging out by my school's soup kitchen as well as the ones near union station... i didn't mind. i also donate to unicef on occasion, as well as to this program called gawad kalinga whenever my youth group has events for it. it's an initiative to build 700,000 homes in 7,000 in 7 years in the philippines. hopefully one day i could actually go help and build a city like some of my friends have. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
