5'1" and 115 lbs. Back in school, I used to play basketball and racquetball a couple times a week. Then there were also intramural sports that I would join, namely soccer, basketball, and volleyball. I got to play ping-pong, ultimate frisbee, and dodgeball now and then. But as for running/lifting workouts, I didn't do any regularly. I think only twice in my four years of college did I run a few miles in the indoor track. And a few more times did I actually do any weight-lifting. I guess I just prefer training twitch muscles instead of doing repeated motions over and over again. Also, if you count breakdancing/DDR as some kind of fitness thing, I used to do a lot of that.

Now in my new job, I probably won't be able to get even that much activity anymore. There's an on-site gym here which I have yet to visit. Other than that, not much to do for exercise. The company has discoutns with various fitness programs, and I can see myself trying one out in the not-too-distant future.
