We just put up a real tree over the weekend. We've only used a fake tree once, and that was because our livingroom/diningroom/kitchen were all being renovated at the time.
This year we picked out a Fraisure, since the branches seem a bit stronger than the Bolsoms we've got in the past. One side is flat and bare, but it's hidden against the wall. Otherwise it looks very nice, and we have it decorated in a mix of ornaments - some handmade, some random object type oranaments, and some of the standard christmas balls you'd buy in the store. Oh, and lots of lights, both color and white. We always have a bright tree. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
