somehwere bwt. 2 and 3 lately on school nights. and 4-5 on weeknds. this is bad though b/c i think i am developing a sleep disorder (or new pattern).
5 hrs. is usually not enough for me...so i end up taking naps during the day. gotta mend that. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
