Operating system? Please specify whether it's x86 or x64.
From the sound of it, it could be a SmitFraud like virus. Depending on what OS and whether it's 32 or 64 version, you may be able to Combofix it, but I wouldn't recommened that unless you read the entire faq first and understand the risk that you're taking. Jam it back in, in the dark.  I am not a clever pony... |
