There are two games that traumatized me as a child.
The first one being Zelda: Ocarina of time. I don't know about you guys but the redeads freaked the crap out of me and the worst part is usually you had to deal with them in the bottom of the well or in the shadow temple. Those atmospheres, along with the music, did not help one little bit and usually resulted in me running scared. The second one was FFVII. The shinra corporation was definitely terrifying. I remember being like 8 or 9 and putting my television on mute just because I couldn't handle the setting and music at the same time. It's amazing how the mind of a child works. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
