The japanese voice actor made him sound very sinister and evil, which I loved. The american voice actor sounded terrible in comparison. He just didn't have that evil sound.

Yes, I agree.
I was also dissapointed that they used "dubtitles".
So even when you watched it in Japanese, Cait Sith's subtitles were still written with a scottish accent.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
