I mostly stick to lunch and dinner, but sometimes I skip lunch as well, and just go for the dinner.
I don't understand the 'you need a breakfast, or otherwise it's unhealthy!11111' comment I sometimes get when I tell people I skip breakfast. I've been doing it since I was 12 and I'm rarely ill. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
