My be-all, end-all one-knockout-punch for this kinda stuff is ComboFix
A guide and tutorial on using ComboFix Its a tough little program thats saved my ass a time or two from malware/virus stuff that my anti-virus and other programs couldn't fix. Jam it back in, in the dark.
