You obviously have no grasp of how business law works.
As for South Park being removed - why is anyone surprised? Torrents, P2P services are considered "stealing", so why would YouTube be any different? If you're dumb enough to walk out in traffic, you deserve to be run over - similarly, if you're dumb enough to steal copyrighted material, you deserve to be caught.
