Thundercats being REMADE ;_; Sewers-worthy, as your childhood is being raped within.

Much like Masters Of The Universe or Silverhawks, Thundercats is best left as 80s pastiche. Watching it now is akin to sticking a tire iron through your stomache and pulling out your entrails - the show is terrible and badly written. It's campy - if you're into that - but its really just ... bad.

Yes, it's sad to see something that was a milestone of my childhood twisted into an even worse thing than it is now - but it is by no means even remotely possible to compare whats happening to Thundercats to what happened to Looney Tunes. To even suggest an inkling of an idea of a possibility of a chance of a thought that they're on the same level is ludicrous as it is insulting. I swear to God the internet goes out of it's way to insult me sometimes.

Those of us old enough to remember - cartoon censorship was at its height in the late 80s and early 90s, thanks to family watchdog groups. It's the reason The Real Ghostbusters was pulled from the air.

I believe certain things within martial arts are illegal in the UK. I know that nunchucks are VERY illegal (so I wonder how they got Mikey on the show, over there), and UK censors tend to edit out headbutting and kicking people when they're down.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Truer words were never spoken. Outside of the Paul Dini Batman/Superman cartoons, Beast Wars was probably the best cartoon of the mid-to-late 90s.
