Glorious Island Fortress is such an excellent castle theme. Definitely my favorite track from the first game.
As for the second, I always remember the town themes. Imprisoned Town, Outskirts of Tinto, Climb that Hill. There's an arranged track on the CD that came with preorders of Suikoden 5. It's called The Queen's Knights. Excellent track. Jam it back in, in the dark.
