S-video cables for Gamecube are still quite common, and are available. They're better than the standard AV cables so they're still a worthwhile last resort. I wouldn't hold out much hope for component cables as they seem pretty scarce, but there's always eBay. |
That is why I am glad I bought component cables way before I got an HDTV. It was stupid of them to get rid of the component cables and the connecter in the back of the Gamecube though, that 0.1% bullshit is just that, bullshit. I think it was just an excuse so they could stop making them.
