This sentence just strikes me as ridiculous. I'm just thinking about the logic. If you don't wear underwear, you are not fit to raise children. The contrapositive is that you are fit to raise children if you wear underwear.

I think there's a slight difference between freeballing and showing off your goods to every tabloid photographer that happens to catch you spreading your legs while stepping out of a car. Perhaps just "not wearing underwear" isn't so bad as much as not wearing it for the sheer attention of a cheap money shot.
In any case I didn't mean to say that not wearing underwear in and of itself made her unfit; it's more the fact that she can't EVEN do that much given her already checkered reputation. It speaks more to 'insult to injury' rather than 'smoking gun,' so to speak.
There's nowhere I can't reach.
