Man, with gas prices how they are these days, you'd have to be an idiot to purposely (hell, even accidentally) leave your car like this. You should definitely call the police about it (I'm surprised none of your neighbors haven't done it already).

Man, Philadelphia PD sounds like a helpful bunch. Seriously, why the hell is a cop gonna come there and just leave with the same problem still going on? That's not very efficient!
