Aside from next week (not coming on because of Alias's return), it's supposed to be new until the season finale in May.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

This is actually the third one if you count the one they showed at the beginning of the season.

But yeah, this is ridiculous. ABC seems to be the only channel that even shows these kinds of clip shows, and it's really pretty stupid. I mean, it's better than showing a rerun, but they still shouldn't advertise these epispdes as new.

Yeah, about a month ago a spokesperson for ABC said that every episode from then till the finale in May would be new, except of course when it didn't come on because of Alias. This spokesperson failed to mention this recap episode when mentioning this.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Unfortunately, I didn't get to watch it, as I still need to watch the last four episodes.

The main thing wrong with the season one finale was not the lack of answers (though some could probably argue that it was), but rather, was the stupid dynamite! I swear that episode was just an hour and a half on dynamite safety, with only thirty minutes of actual story.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Man, that took me by surprise. But it seems that it was planned from the beginning [POSSIBLE SPOILERS]. I can't say that it actually worked in the context of the show, but it definitely delivered on the shock value.

I barely even noticed that commercial (my sister missed it completely). Damn, it was only on for less than ten seconds. Eh, it's not like I was gonna call it, anyway.

Okay, except Michelle Rodriguez only wanted to be on there for one season. So how is that stress to her? As for Cynthia Watros, we're not absolutely sure her character is even dead yet. Basically, I don't think either situation affected the other.

The producers still plan to tell her story (Read the interview here[POSSIBLE SPOILERS] ), throughout the flashbacks of next season.

I don't see how it will work, really, and it seems like they just should have let her live.

Actually, The Nine is premiering in the 10PM ET on Wednesdays, after Lost. The new Taye Diggs show Day Break will replace Lost during its hiatus.

I thought this episode was alright, especially since we got a better view of The Others. Other than that, it did really just tell us things we could have guessed for ourselves. I was kinda glad though that it didn't have a flashback in the traditional sense, as those can get kinda boring sometimes.

I saw Malcolm David Kelley (Walt) when he was on Jimmy Kimmel Live last week, and he honestly wasn't that much different to me. He was about the same height (they were even jokingly talking about his supposed growth spurt), and his voice was about the same as well. I don't remember how old he's supposed to be on the show, but he just turned fourteen in real life, so I don't know how much of an age difference that is.

Well, at least it was better than last season's finale.

Once again, they seem to have added more questions instead of answering the ones they had. I know they had to do it, to have more stuff for next year.

I really thought there was gonna be another plane crash when they didn't press the button. I don't know if what Desmond did with that key prevented it or not, but since now we know how the first plane crash happened it seems like it could have been a possibility.

Well, I'm not desperately waiting for the next season to start, but I am curious about what will happen.

So far, I think only a couple of shows have been confirmed, and just for their most current season. I know Smallville season 5 is one of them, and The Sopranos Season 6, Part 1 is another. There's a few others as well, but those are the main ones I remember.

Like a typical episode of Lost, we got more questions then we got answers, but still, it was a freaking great episode! That opening was one of the most surprising scenes in all of Lost, and overall it was just great to see how Jack, Kate, and Sawyer reacted in their respective situations (especially Sawyer, who was hilarious as always). I think the major focus on a few characters worked for this episode, but I still like regular, multiple character stories more.

This was definitely a great start to the season, and so far (based on the preview for next week) this looks like it's shaping up to be a great season.

This episode was pretty trippy, and the flashback kinda sucked (was that not like the most predictable one ever), but it was still a great episode. Like everyone else, I do agree that it seemed awkward how they introduced those new characters (I was all like "What the fuck? Why are these extras talking?" until I remembered they were the new cast members), but after thinking about, it's not like there was that was much they could have done to introduce them, so it makes sense.

Wow, that episode was freaking stupid. They killed off one of the best characters on the show for no real reason, those two new people are so freaking annoying and no one can actually take them seriously, and once again The Others do nothing but say and do confusing things. This season hasn't been the best so far, so hopefully we can just ignore these six episode and hope for good episodes when the majority of them air next year.

Lost is going to be on Wednesdays at 10pm now. It's a bitch, and I don't know why they did that. It comes back on Feb. 7
Because Lost was starting to lose in the ratings to Criminal Minds. That, combined with the fact that they would have been up against American Idol means the ratings could have been pretty low, so they decided to move it to a less competitve timeslot.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Most people don't seem to like it, especially considering how the show first started out at the 8PM slot when it first came out (meaning it's been coming on later and later each season). I guess people who watch both American Idol and Lost like it, but generally most people seem to hate it.

What I understood from that was that Lost will revisit the beach more often, ensuring all characters get semi-equal air time.
According to what one of the producers said yesterday, it really does sound like they are going back to the beach:

Quote:
Jack, Kate and Sawyer's time on "Others' island" is officially over at the end of Episode Six, says Damon Lindelof.

I definitely don't care as much either. I saw some slippage in Season 2, but I didn't really feel it jumped the shark until that little Season 3 mini-arc that came on last fall. I'm still gonna watch, and probably will until it ends, but it'll mostly be out of habit rather than for continual interest in the plot.

Does ABC still offer the shows for free the day after?
They have all of the Season 3 episodes that have aired so far on there, and as far as I know, they still plan to add the last aired episode the day after as well.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
