I actually let my friend borrow my NES, and somehow he "lost" it. That sounds like complete bullshit, I know, but he gave me his Playstation in return (this was back when they were still new), so I wasn't complaining. Of course, looking back now, keeping my NES probably would have been better in the long run, but this incident did help me get into that generation sooner than I ever would have had it not happen (I was way too poor back then to get a PS or N64 on my own), which is why I'm indifferent towards it.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
