You should get a new, non-sticky keyboard of course.
Or you could get Princess Mononoke if you haven't seen that. It's only like $10 (everywhere I've seen it, anyway), so you could get that and probably finish off Ah! My Goddess if you shop around right. Most amazing jew boots ![]() |

I'm thinking about buying Excel Saga on DVD, so I have a question about the different versions. Mainly I just want to know if there is any difference between the individual volumes and the Imperfect collection. Right now it's looking cheaper to buy the individual volumes, but I don't want to miss out on anything extra the collection might have.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ![]() |
Yeah, that's what it looked like when I saw it at the store one day. I just wanted to make sure.
I guess it really doesn't matter anyway, as I can get the individual volumes for about $25 less than the boxset. I don't think any extras are worth that much to me anyway. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? ![]() |
I was speaking idiomatically. ![]() |
From what I heard (sorry, I've only seen the first episode), it's a pretty good samurai series, bases on the Shinsengumi. I liked the one episode I saw, and plan on getting the boxset sometime in the future.
I found one review, but I don't know how trustworthy it is (it was linked from Anime News Network). Most amazing jew boots |
According to ANN, the tin can supposedly hold all seven volumes. Here's what they say:
Anyway, I hope this helped you somewhat. FELIPE NO ![]() |
I had the regular version of GitS, but I still bought the Special Edition anyway. If you really like the movie (it's like my favorite movie of all time), I'd say it's worth it. The picture and sound quality are better, it comes with a second disc full of extras (behind the scenes documentary, trailers, etc.), and it comes with a cool poster! And it's not really $15 more, the MSRP is only $5 more than the regular edition (but I was still able to get it for $10, which was less than what I bought the regular edition for). If you're gonna get it, I'd say spring for the Special Edition.
What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? ![]() |
It's definitely worth it for just $5 more. You know, because of the cool poster!
I got the Akira Signature Series DVD at Wal-Mart for $7.50, but I still haven't watched it yet. I haven't even been abe to find the Special Edition Box thingy though, so that's why I decided to just go with the cheap one. Jam it back in, in the dark. ![]() |
The front of the poster is basically the Special Edition DVD cover (which includes her in the "nudie-gun-pose"), and the back is a picture of her during the opening credits of the film (you know, when her cyborg body is being created, meaning there's more nudity!). It's a regular-sized poster, meaning it's bigger than a postcard, but not as big as a huge wall scroll or anything. Funny you should mention a postcard though, as there is one of those included as well.
There's nowhere I can't reach. ![]() |
It's mainly just so you can collect the rest of the volumes as they come out and put them in the box as well. I find them completely useless, as they don't really add anything extra (except some extra artwork, big whoop), and they take up a little more space than just having the volumes themselves.
How ya doing, buddy? ![]() |
