I highly doubt that Cartoon Network would've gone and shown the final episodes before they have a chance to be released on DVD. It keeps people from making illegal box sets.
With DVD releases this month, they will only be up through episode 135.

Adult Swim is ahead of the DVD releases though, as they currently just finished airing episode 153 last night. It's actually pretty typical of them to finish airing shows on TV before the DVDs finishing releasing (Fullmetal Alchemist and Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex come to mind as other shows where this has happened).
