This is great news! Aria of Sorrow is my favorite handheld game of all time, and Dawn of Sorrow was great as well. Even one new game would be great, but two would be fucking awesome!

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Well, the graphics look pretty good, and the gameplay will probably be good, but so far the it sounds like the story is gonna be the worst part. At least it's not that important to enjoying the game.

How ya doing, buddy?

I thought someone said that the other game was just a joke or something. It makes sense, since Konami never said anything about it when they announced Portrait of Ruin.

Trailer up at IGN

It looks pretty good so far, though I wouldn't say it looks better than Dawn of Sorrow.

I don't think there is an official release date yet, but Iga said during an interview at E3 that he wanted to get the game out this year.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Well, he said back at E3 that the game would have co-op, but that it would be something separate from the main game.

Quote:
IGN: With two characters now, will there be a way to play cooperatively?

Igarashi: We are going to include co-op play with the Wi-Fi Connection. But, I have to tell you, because we drastically changed the game system for the DS, we can't include co-op mode for the main adventure. It's a secondary adventure, like an unlockable stage. And that's available over local and Wi-Fi Connection.

Source
So unless it's changed since then (which that quote didn't indicate), that's nothing new or exciting. I still like that it has co-op, but I wish it had it for the main game instead of something on the side.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Damn, I still haven't pre-ordered this, and I was just at Gamestop the other day. Has anyone actually confirmed that the bonus will be an in-store thing as well, or will it be online only? I wanna know for sure before I do go pre-order it.

I just went to Gamestop today, and the guy didn't even know what I was talking about. He said they probably wouldn't even get it (despite not even checking the computer or anything), so I decided not to pre-order it from that store.

I'm gonna try another one and see if they actually know what I'm talking about, but if not I'm gonna have to find some way to pre-order it online. I don't have a credit card or anything, so this might be kinda hard to do.

Definately a great tracklist. I only wish they remixed Successor of Fate. But both versions are fine.
Thanks! I preordered the game, so I should be getting the bonus for myself, but knowing my luck I'll probably be screwed out of it somehow. Even if I do get it, it's always nice to have a digital copy anyway.
