There are two ways I can think of, the easiest is to go to where your temporary internet files are (mine were in C:\Documents and Settings\Default User\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files) and look for .swf files, if you've just been to the site it should be there.
Copy and paste the file somewhere else (like the desktop) then run the file either with internet explorer or flash player. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
